The number of people joining me throughout 2020 to share stories of how design thinking helps look at problem solving in a more human centric way. I must say we have had some inspiring stories!!
The 48 is largely unknown to each other which has created some fascinating connections all through a underlying desire to be curious and open minded.
I have personally learned so much using the group as a place to listen, share and learn with no agenda nor judgement. Perhaps a counter balance to the way work situations are often unconsciously biased against diverse thought?
The 48? They all know who they are.
I want to thank them for their contributions and hope we can keep this amazing social organisation alive and do something special in 2021.
