A full day workshop giving delegates an introduction to the Design Thinking philosophy involving the five core principles of human centred problem solving. Design thinking is used by companies of all shapes and sizes and is the antidote to converged closed mindsets that can derail the most well thought out of projects, especially when technology is involved! The workshop is fully interactive with break out sessions to allow delegates to work on business related problems using tools and techniques. Learn about reframing problems, understanding Empathy Maps, developing questioning techniques and explore how prototyping ideas can be a really easy yet rewarding habit to develop.
